2. Collection of the data
2.1 Log files
Normally, the server does not log any personal information. However, this changes if you cause an error, such as a broken link you are trying to navigate to. It is also possible that, from time to time, normal connections to the server are written to log files: this is for debugging purposes only. In this case, the server logs the browser used, the operating system, the time and the IP address.
2.2 Email address
We use email address to invite you to the google workspace group which is necessary to check if you have sufficient access right when accessing service parts protected aby Cloudflare Zero Trust access.
3. Processing of the data
Data written to log files by the server is used for debugging purposes only. Email addresses are manually processed by our webmaster.
4. Analytics
We do not use any analytics services on our own servers, but we do use the Cloudflare service to protect our servers from malicious actors.
5. Getting in touch
When you contact us by email or telephone, you are sending us personal information that we may use to respond to your request. In order for this to be possible, the data you send will be collected
6. Cookies
Are little textfiles stored by your browser, that are harmless to your computer. They are being used for essential site-features such as language settings.
7. Deletion of your data
Deletion is usually automated or manual, unless we are required by law to retain them. Email addresses are stored (as part of Google Groups) for the time necessary to provide the service - zero trust access.

Based on active law, you are in the right to get free information about personal data and how it is used or where it came from, as well as correcting it or ask for deletion.
