Normally, the server does not log any personal information.

Logs may be created in the following cases:

If an error occurs (e.g., navigating to a broken link)
Occasionally for normal connections, for debugging purposes

Operating system
Time and date of access
IP address

2.2 Email address#

We use email address to invite you to the google workspace group which is necessary to check if you have sufficient access right when accessing service parts protected aby Cloudflare Zero Trust access.

3. Processing of the data#

Data written to log files by the server is used for debugging purposes only.
Email addresses are manually processed by the webmaster for access control.

4. Analytics#

We do not use any analytics services on our own servers, but we do use the Cloudflare service to protect our servers from malicious actors.

5. Getting in touch#

When you contact us by email or telephone, you are sending us personal information that we may use to respond to your request. In order for this to be possible, the data you send will be collected.

6. Cookies#

Are little textfiles stored by your browser, that are harmless to your computer. They are being used for essential site-features such as language settings.

Deletion is usually automated or manual, unless we are required by law to retain them. Email addresses are stored (as part of Google Groups) for the time necessary to provide the service - zero trust access.
